Nicki Polen hiking in the Colorado mountains with her husband.
I started my career in graphic design, but quickly discovered that building websites was where creativity and problem-solving came together. That's still what excites me today.

For more than 15 years, I've helped marketing teams bring websites to life from strategy and UX to front-end development, technical SEO, analytics, and long-term optimization.
