Who it's for

When your site is underperforming and you're not sure why

Your site looks fine. It loads slowly on mobile, it doesn't show up in search for anything except your company name, and you're not sure whether the problem is the site, the content, or something underneath both.

You'd rather find out what's wrong before committing to a redesign.

What you get

What's included in a technical SEO and performance audit

  1. 01

Page speed as your visitors actually experience it

How quickly your pages load and respond for the people actually visiting your site. A green score in a speed test measures something different, which is how a site can pass one and still feel slow.

  2. 02

    Crawlability, indexation and site structure

Redirects, broken links, and how the site is actually put together underneath the design.

  3. 03

On-page SEO across your key pages

Titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking and schema markup.

  4. 04

Accessibility against WCAG 2.2 Level AA

Reviewed properly, with the issues that matter most flagged first rather than a dump of every warning a scanner produces.

  5. 05

    Analytics and tracking check

Whether what you're measuring reflects what you actually care about.

  6. 06

The quick wins fixed, not just listed

I do the work rather than hand you a report. Quick wins are fixed during the audit itself.

How it works

How the audit runs, and what you see at each stage

  1. Audit and measure

Page speed on real user data, technical SEO, accessibility against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and whether your analytics reflect what you care about.

  2. Prioritize by business impact

Ordered by what moves your numbers, not by severity score. A critical warning nobody encounters isn't the first thing to fix.

  3. Fix the quick wins

Handled as part of the audit, so you see movement early rather than waiting for a second engagement.

  4. Quote the rest

Bigger items priced from what the audit found. You see what changed and what it did.

Worth knowing up front

What configuration can't fix

Some of it's quick. Other things sit in the theme or the platform underneath, and no amount of configuration will move them.

I'll tell you which is which before you spend anything on it. Finding that out at the end is how these projects go wrong.

Pricing

Start with a website audit, then high-impact improvements

The audit is a fixed fee. Implementation is quoted from what the audit actually finds, so the scope follows the findings rather than a guess.

You'll know the audit cost up front. If you decide to move forward, you'll get a fixed quote for implementation before any work begins.

Common questions

Questions about a technical SEO and performance audit

Does my site need a rebuild or a fix?

Most underperforming sites need a fix, not a replacement. That's usually faster, less disruptive, and costs a fraction of a rebuild. The audit tells you which one you're looking at before you commit to either.

Do you fix things, or just hand me a report?

I do the work. The quick wins get fixed as part of the audit. The bigger items get quoted from what I find, so you're not paying up front for work your site might not need.

What if the audit finds less than I expected?

I'll tell you, rather than sell you a rebuild you don't need. A short list is a good outcome and it costs you less.

Do you work on sites you didn't build?

Yes. I work on websites built in WordPress or Webflow. Knowing nothing about the history is part of why an outside audit is useful.

Thirty minutes on your site, and you keep what I find

I'll go through your site before we talk and send you the three things I'd fix first, whether or not we end up working together.
