Before you send it
Send whatever you have. A staging link, a competitor's site you keep coming back to, or a description of what you're building. The review works on a plan as well as it works on a live site.
No. You get the three fixes either way, written so your own team can act on them without me. If it turns into a project, good. If it doesn't, you're still further ahead than you were.
The URL and a sentence or two about what's not working. That's it. If there's a specific page that's underperforming or you already have analytics pointing somewhere, mention it and I'll start there.
Both. Some projects I run end to end. On others I work with an in-house marketing or brand team and handle strategy, design and the front-end build. Tell me which setup you're in and I'll shape the review around it.
